Read the primary endpoint before any secondary positive: Deutsch 2007's primary CRP endpoint was positive (p=0.049 at day 7, p<0.001 by day 30), but the product tested was literally the manufacturer's own trademarked "Neptune Krill Oil." Suzuki 2016's knee-pain improvements were real but industry-funded (Sunsho Pharmaceutical). Stonehouse 2022 — the largest and longest trial in this pack (n=235, 6 months) — found a statistically significant but modest WOMAC pain improvement, with no change in inflammatory markers or NSAID use. None of this is a disease treatment.
